What file types can I upload?
We accept JPG, PNG, and HEIC image files. For the best results, use a photo that is at least 1000 pixels wide. The higher the resolution, the sharper your magnet will look!
How long does shipping take?
We typically process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days after that. So you can expect your magnets in about a week!
What if I'm unhappy with my order?
Your happiness is our priority! If something doesn't look right, reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right whether that's a reprint or a full refund.
Can I order in bulk?
Absolutely! Bulk orders are great for events, party favors, or family reunions. Simply add as many magnets as you need to your cart. For really large orders (100+), contact us for a special quote!
Are the magnets safe for kids?
Yes! Our magnets are made with child-safe materials and are designed to be handled by the whole family. That said, we recommend keeping small magnets away from very young children as a general safety precaution.
How thick are the magnets?
Our magnets are about 1/16" thick sturdy enough to hold up on any fridge or metal surface, but slim enough to look sleek and clean.
Can I use any photo?
Almost any photo works great! Family photos, pet pictures, vacation shots, artwork you name it. Just make sure it's a clear, well-lit image for the best print quality.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to more countries stay tuned!
